JIMMY YO
Lead Pastor
Jimmy oversees all of our staff and operations for the church. Prior to becoming a pastor, Jimmy studied Botany at Purdue University. His main responsibilities include teaching, leader development, and overseeing the other pastors and staff. He also currently leads one of our Thursday night Discipleship Communities. Jimmy and his wife, Taylor have been married since 2016 and have a son together.
ALAN YANG
Staff Pastor
Originally trained as a mechanical engineer at Purdue University, Alan now oversees our international connection events and our kids program for the church. He also leads a Tuesday and Thursday night Discipleship Community. Alan and his wife Marrissa have four beautiful girls.
LOGAN PRAAY
Staff Pastor
Logan oversees many of our Sunday serving teams and university student outreach for Clear River Church. Originally a Michigander and civil engineer, Logan is now a pastor and leads a Wednesday Discipleship Community as well as a small group on Thursday. Logan and his wife Katie have a daughter together.
ROBERT HORNER
Staff Pastor
Robert is a West Lafayette native and has been a part of Clear River Church for many years. As a pastor, Robert now oversees our youth groups, facilities and our weekday serving teams. He also leads a Wednesday Discipleship Community. You’ll likely find Robert somewhere outside with his wife Lydia and their dog Maggie.
CHAD MUSSER
Worship Leader
Chad serves as the worship leader for Clear River Church. In addition to leading worship and developing new worship leaders, Chad also leads a small group and helps with our IT and graphic design. Chad is a Lafayette native. He and his wife Stacey have three energetic boys.
EMILY SMITH
Event Coordinator
Emily originally moved from Upstate New York to be an event planner at Purdue University. She now helps coordinate and work out the details for many of our events at Clear River Church and also assists the pastors in various administrative tasks. Emily and her husband Marcus have a handsome boy.
LAUREN MILLS
Kids Church Director
Lauren is our Kids Church Director and coordinates our kids program, curriculum, volunteers and classrooms. She also helps plan our yearly Kid’s Summer Adventure and takes wonderful care of all our kids, teachers and helpers. Lauren and her husband Evan have three wonderful kids.
MARIA GARCIA
Bookkeeper
Maria is our bookkeeper/accountant. Her responsibilities include organizing the church finances, budgets and bank accounts. Maria and her husband Jose are originally from Colombia and have three boys together.
